It’ an all-calls day as Dean talks everything surrounding your home! Dean shares on what to do when dealing with a sinkhole in a backyard and water heater issues – causing water from shower to gradually turn cold quickly. Dean continues to talk about dealing with a sinkhole in backyards. Dean advises about pergolas in a backyard & what to do to prevent it from falling in the case of an earthquake.

Dean talks about trim-less can lights and how they are pricier. However, currently in demand. Dean says there’s 2 types of rules when it comes to lights. Lamps bring decor and attention, while recess lights don’t, they just bring the light into the space. Plus, Dean answers a callers question about uncovering a fireplace that was covered by dry wall and the different types of fireplaces that exist.
